The Big Pizza Box 14

Presented for your approval: the third release of 2026 is here. The long awaited sequel to The Big Pizza Box 13. (not really)

There are albums that I spend excessive time sequencing tracks (more than others). And this turned out to be one of the "others".

In an era where streaming has completely decimated the idea of an album as a "complete" work of art, I sort of just settled on the idea of presenting this as a play (kind of a Rock Opera, you might say). With an Introduction, Act 1, Act 2, a Finale and an Epilogue to act as a "cool-down" after enduring all the hard-rocking tracks before it.

I will admit that there is very little holding any of these songs together contextually. But after spending so much time on the progression of energy and the overall listening experience, I just backed myself into a corner that forced my hand.

Anyway, I'm done with it now and on to other things. Tally-ho!
